WordPress account no longer exists

    Hi, I used to have my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) registered through wordpress to my domain http://www.andytrace.uk with TSO Hosting. However when I go to http://www.andytrace.uk/wp-admin I get a critical error, when i tried to login to wordress it said my account didn’t exists. I opened up a new account with the same email address however none of my old website pages etc are there.

    I really need to edit my website in it’s current state, however I have no idea how to access it.

    If I like my domain to this ‘new’ wordpress account, will it lose all of my website design and content? Or will it all magically appear in wordpress again?

    Please help.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with TSO.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
