  It looks like your website is hosted on Bluehost,and therefore using the self-hosted version of WordPress, in this forum we can provide support for websites hosted on WordPress.com only, so your best bet would be to go to the WordPress.org forums here https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Although the site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, self-hosted sites are eligible for Wordads as long as they are connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack:

  https://jetpack.com/features/traffic/ads/

  Therefore, whenever a user inquires about Wordads here, they are in the right place, FYI ;).
