WordPress add media button, text view, and add contact form buttons not working.

  Hello, I haven’t been able to update my website with media or plugins due to the fact that I cannot access my add media button or text view. Is this due to an update? Please help, I have blog posts and event calendars I am trying to upload, but cannot.
