WordPress Affiliate Program: Dashboard — Settings for Alerts and Notifications

I previously contacted (email visible only to moderators and staff) and your support team 11 days ago regarding the Settings on the WordPress.com Referral Dashboard. I tried to disable only ‘daily email alerts’. However, the Settings were not saving properly. I tried to log out then log back in, clear cache and cookies, use a different browser, etc. and still was not saving my settings.

Now, fast forward to this past Sunday on April 5th. I did not get an email for my ‘Weekly Stats Summary’. So I logged into my affiliate account and do not see the ‘Settings for Alerts and Notifications’ on the Settings page anymore. Is this feature being developed at the moment? I just have seen my conversions go way down since these Settings have been removed and curious if current development is the reason.

    Cheers!

  • Hi there,

If you’ve already emailed the affiliates email address, please be patient while waiting for a reply there. I’ve asked the people who manage the affiliate program to follow up on the emails you sent.

We are not able to provide support for issues with the affiliates dashboard in the public support forums.
