wordpress and domains

    I have a domain in google domains and website with google sites.
    I want to try wordpress to see if I get a plan here, if I give it a try on a free account can I use the same site created for free in WP and transfer it to a paid version of WP?

    Hi there,

    There won’t be any need to transfer anything.

    If you upgrade a free site it still remains the exact same site. We just activate the additional features added by your plan on the site.

    And if you ever cancel the plan, we just deactivate those features again, while not otherwise changing the site in any way.
