WordPress and GDPR

  I would like to enquire about using WordPress as a school blog and whether this would comply with GDPR? I have consent from parents of my class and was wondering if there is anything else I need?

  I have taken advice from the County about using ‘WordPress’ as a blog within school and they advised that it needs to be confirmed that WordPress does not store any data or information outside Europe.

  Is there anyone who can confirm that WordPress do not store any information outside Europe so that I can go ahead with using ‘WordPress’.
