  Hello, I’m trying to connect my website to my app. However, after following the instructions I’m still getting error messages. Is that normal?

  • What is the URL of the site you are trying to connect to your WordPress app?
  • Is your site a self-hosted site? If so, is the Jetpack plugin installed and activated?
  • What error message are you seeing during the connection attempt?
