WordPress App Not Showing Stats

  I get the screen on the app that says ‘Looking for stats’ and click enable. It just refreshes and doesn’t show.

  I also see on Sitehealth that it says JetPack needs to reconnect. I have done this several times and it still has the issue but now also my old stats are no longer showing in on the backend end of the website either. Any idea how to fix this?

  There’s indeed an error with your Jetpack connection, and it might be why your stats are not working correctly.
  Please post all the details directly to https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/; Jetpack’s support team will be able to advise better on that :)
