  Is WordPress supported in China? If so what is this serves and how does it work?
  Can we then duplicate the wordpress template we have, plug in the Chinese text?

  You can use WordPress.com anywhere in the world, though China is known to block access to websites outside of that country, so I cannot guarantee your site will always be accessible.

  The open source WordPress software can also be used by anyone, anywhere in the world. All you’ll need is your own server or a hosting provider to host the software for you. You can learn more about that version of WordPress on https://wordpress.org.

  Translations in both versions of WordPress are provided by volunteers via the sites https://translate.wordpress.com/ and https://translate.wordpress.org/ respectively, and there are translations in various dialects of Chinese available.
