WordPress asks to update my credit card info–but I’m unable to get into site. What to do?

  When I click on their email link to update the credit card, the page says I have an account–but no site! Weird.

  Can anyone help as I want to continue with this domain and site. Of course it also means I’m unable to update that site too!

  Hi there,

  You’re right – I see no site or history of upgrades under the account you are contacting us from. Do you have the site URL that I can look up? I take it that you must have two WordPress.com accounts and are logged into the one that does not have an sites/upgrades.
