  Hello I’m thinking of subscribing to your Business tier plan ($25/mo).

  One question I have is I know I have the ability to edit the CSS. Do I also have the ability to modify the page/PHP code of site?

  My assumption is yes, but if not how much control will I have.

  We do offer SFTP access on the Business Plan, so you can edit the code to some extent, but it really depends on what you’d like to edit. You can find more information, including a FAQ around editing specific files here:

  As you’ll see there, though, for many changes we recommend (and it’s generally considered best practice) to add custom code using a functionality plugin or by creating a child theme in the case of theme modifications, rather than modifying a site, theme or plugin’s source code directly.
