  If I get the WordPress Business Plan, do I need to pay an additional fee for WooCommerce plugins to sale products on my website.

  The Business Plan gives you the ability to install plugins, but it does not include any plugins, premium or free, provided by other companies or services.

  If you want to use any premium WooCommerce.com plugins, you will have to buy those directly from WooCommerce.com.
