  When you signup with WordPress.com it servers you as host and files will be hosted on WordPress.com server, you don’t need to get separate hosting if you’re building the site with WordPress.com

  The people who use Godaddy as there host is for Self-hosted sites, it uses the self-hosted open source version of WordPress which is available at WordPress.org

  Hi there,

  As of yesterday customers in India with the account currency set to INR can now use Net Banking to pay for upgrades, so you should see that option on the checkout page when buying an upgrade.
