WordPress button that links to my blog

  When you join LinkedIn you automatically get some HTML code which you can paste into your personal website that includes a button that says, “View my profile on LinkedIn”. The button links directly to your profile.

  Does WordPress have a similar button? It looks better than just typing “view my blog” and provides more marketing for WordPress.

  Just an idea.

  I don’t think anyone’s designed one universally for WordPress.com, since the idea is that the place everyone here would put it would be…on their blog. But you could copy the WP.com logo or make your own. Some of us have our own button images.

  Thanks for the reply raincoaster. I’m not so interested in advertising to my readers what blogging software I’m using. If they care they can work it out themselves pretty easily. But I want to create links to my blog from various websites and that’s where a little “view my blog” logo would be cool.

  I’ll have a go at creating my own.
