WORDPRESS CACHE PROBLEM
-
At any point in time, creating or modifying a Thrive Lead Opt-in form will not apply to my website. The same goes for deleting. I’ve searched, and maybe it’ll work out if delete the cache. So when I try to delete the cache, I can’t install a plug-in like “WP super cache” when it says “not supported,” and I can only find and install a plug-in like “simple cache”. but is says “Simple Cache could not write advanced-cache.php to your wp-content directory or the file has been tampered with. Either click “Attempt Fix” or add the following code manually to wp-content/advanced-cache.php” appears. SO I cannot be deleted cache. I don’t know if there’s a problem with the drive lead, or if there’s a problem with the cache deletion, why can’t I delete the cache?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I heard that php files cannot be accessed through wordpress.com instead of .org. Then, isn’t it something I can’t solve by myself? How shall I do it?
I have also contacted the Thrive lead plug-in support team mentioned above and they say there is no technical problem with the “that” plug-in and the cache plug-in.
Thank you for reading the question.

Hi there, did you see the support guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/incompatible-plugins/
Also, just mentioning that as a Business plan user, you have access to both Live Chat and email support when you are logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade and post to the big question mark in your dashboard or at the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
