WordPress can't access reader subscription

    I haven’t been able to blog in my WordPress using my Google Chrome browser because WordPress says there is a problem accessing my reader subscription. I’ve been having this issue for a while. I need it resolved and I need a credit for the timeframe I was affected. I paid for my subscription and I couldn’t use it because of this problem. Please contact me with a solution. Thank you.

    Hi there, since you have the Business upgrade plan, you are eligible for direct support via live chat and email when you post to https://wordpress.com/help/contact or click on the large blue question mark in your site’s dashboard.

    You may find that quicker than waiting for Staff to reply here given that this is not only a weekend but also a holiday weekend. Regardless, I’ve also flagged this thread for their attention.
