  I have a website that takes about 2M visits monthly
  and about 15k/sec sometimes
  can your biggest plan afford that?
  and do you offer a migration tool?

  Yes, except for the caching and server altering ones (Nginx Cache, Nginx Helper, OPcache Dashboard, and W3 Total Cache). You can see the full list of incompatible plugins here:
