Good afternoon.
Recently I have a problem with login and posting comments over some blog sites using the WordPress username or e-mail address. Usually, it is not possible and I get a message from the server that: ‘We couldn’t find your account’ or ‘Unknown email address’. Also, I’ve got on my Desktop Application ‘WordPress.com’ the information about the unpaid amount of yearly subscription and so I do think not clearly about it.
Is the membership to WordPress.com paid and if so, since when? Whether my membership and account were canceled? And why I haven’t got any information, therefore?

Can you give the URL for a post where you received that error when trying to comment?
We don’t charge membership fees on WordPress.com, as it’s completely free to create an account and site with us. We do sell paid upgrades for sites hosted on our servers, but the account you’re using to post here has never owned any paid upgrades with us.
As what username are you logged into the WordPress desktop app? It’s possible you’re logged into a different account on the desktop app, and that that account owns a paid upgrade on a WordPress.com site.
