  That domain is already connected to a site owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to manage it you need to log in to that other account of yours.

  Hello again –

  Can you tell me what steps I need to take to disconnect this domain completely? I am unable to recover the account to which it is associated.

  I feel like I need to work with another platform that’s easier than WordPress. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
