WordPress Configuration Save, Export, Import

    Dear Readers,

    I’m wondering, if there is any possibility, to export the whole configuration of wordpress (e.g. Plugins, forms, settings) that are not connected to the domain.

    With that it would be possible, to import that to another fresh wordpress without the need to setup everything from the scratch(backup, etc.)

    If you know something like that, that would be great:)

    Hi there,

    If you’re using the stand-alone WordPress software at another host, it is, provided your host offers FTP and database access. Please contact your hosting provider directly to find out what options they offer in this regard.

    The forum where you’re posting now only provides support for sites hosted on the WordPress.com platform, and you don’t have any sites with us. WordPress.com offers neither FTP nor database access, so neither exporting nor importing a site in this way is possible with us.
