WordPress connection to MS SQL Database

  Hello,
  I am trying to connect WordPress blog to MS SQL database on http://www.psychometrica.in/blog.
  I need to ask is it possible to connect wordpress blog with MS SQL database. If yes then plz provide me the procedure for it.
