WordPress custom domain and Zoho emails not arriving

    I have a custom domain and want to use Zoho for email. I’ve followed the WordPress instructions on CNAME and MX records but emails still not arriving at Zoho. New to WordPress. What tools are available to help find cause of problem?

    Hi there,

    Once you set up the DNS records mentioned in the Add Email through Zoho Mail guide, everything is set up on your domain’s end for your email to work. If your email still doesn’t work after that, you’ll need to contact Zoho directly to find out what’s going wrong. (They can help you troubleshoot any issues with the email service itself.)

    If Zoho support says you need to make any changes to your domain to get things working, let me know and I’d be happy to help you make those changes on this end. :)
