WordPress custom functions cannot be used normally

I cannot modify the website through the customization function, and all the items in the customization cannot be started. I can see them, but they cannot be opened. It is not clear where the problem occurred.

Have you tried clearing the browser cache to see if that makes a difference? Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
You can also try logging in from a different browser to see if that helps. If they don’t, please take some screenshots of what you’re seeing when you try to customize the site and post a new thread on the WordPress.org support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
