WordPress dashboard issue

  Dear support team,
  im facing issue regarding log inn to my dashboard in wordpress since last night! and i dont have any idea why its happend!
  i start a new website and i instoll the theame and i make so many changes and i download some plugins as well, everything was ok till last night when i try to open i cant open my website and admin dashboard!
  i contact my hosting platform they said i dont have any issue regarding my hosting!
  please try to fix this issue.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at Namecheap.com. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
