WordPress deleted my account

  I built a website using WordPress 3 years ago. I wrote down login information. Today I try to access it and WordPress says my username doesn’t exist and my website is gone. Please help I need to recover it.

  my domain is expired is this why?

  Hi! Domains and hosting usually have yearly (sometimes monthly) fees that need to be renewed.

  If you paid a host for your site, can you contact them directly to see if they can help you get the domain back and, if possible, restore your content for you? They may be able to help if it expired recently.

  I checked here, though, and kkdcustomsbrokers.com was never hosted here with us It’s possible you were using a free copy of WordPress with another host. Please contact that host directly, or if you hired someone to set up WordPress for you, please contact them.

  I bought it through go daddy. Once I restore it will I be able to retrieve my content?

  The content would probably be with GoDaddy as well, then. I’d recommend getting in touch with them ASAP to see what they can restore for you. Good luck!
