WordPress Disconnected From my Site

I’m unable to access my account through WordPress and it keeps telling me that I don’t have a WordPress account. Clearly it’s still there. I’ve been having this problem since before my last post that I had to create from my phone in December.

If I can ask, where are you trying to access your site from? Your phone or computer? Are you using the WordPress.com app, or trying to access it via the browser?
To leave a message in these forums requires that you log in to your account (which would allow you to manage your site as well) so it seems you have the required access. If you visit https://wordpress.com/log-in/ and sign in to your account, are you able to then access your site admin via this direct link? https://wordpress.com/stats/loungeliftlearn.com

I’m on my computer, via the browser. I’m signed in according to the site, but it is telling me that I don’t have an account connected. But it won’t allow me to enter anything in and all of the dashboard things are completely not there.

Also I see you are using Chrome as your browser, yes? I would like you to try the following steps as it may be an issue with the browser on your computer:
– clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
– Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
– If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?Thanks for the additional info!

When I signed on through Firefox it showed up just fine. Thank you! I’ll clear the cookies in Chrome but I can also exclusively use Firefox so that I don’t have to sign back in to everything in Chrome.

Clearing cache and cookies will probably help if it works for you on another browser.
