how do i link my two wordpress domains (web addresses) or how do I notify my followers of my new address?

There are two ways to go about this:
1. Export/Import your content to the desired blog via the Tools section of their Dashboards, then leave a post on the old blog letting folks know that you’ve moved.
2. Export/Import your content to the desired blog via the Tools section of their Dashboards, then purchase a Site Redirect upgrade from the Store section of the old blog’s Dashboard.
Once your done with one of the above, let me know the URLs of the two blogs, and I’ll move your subscribers for you.

Since you chose to delete the blog when you changed the name, it is now unrecoverable and cannot be redirected, but I have transferred your subscribers to the new blog.

I transferred your followers, but the old address cannot be redirected since you chose to delete it when you changed it.
