WordPress down for scheduled maintenance

  Hi – My website says that it is down for scheduled maintenance with no warning and I cannot find anywhere to connect with a WordPress help desk. Does anyone have a number for WordPress IT help??

  Hi there, WPcom does not have phone support, but we also do not have “down for scheduled maintenance” notices.

  It seems that your site is hosted on 3rd party hosting (like BlueHost and the like) and using the open source WP software. Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
