WordPress Error

  I have a wordpress based site, which i own since 2013, but in the last few weeks i tried to make some new changes, and the admin panel does not allow me to make the changes. The problem is in the widgets menu, where i cannot edit the widget, i can not open the widgets category. Also in the media menu does not appear the media i have uploaded on the site.   Please help me, what can be the problem?
