WordPress for a School District

  We are in the midst of bidding on the new website for a school district and they are asking about BlackBoard, Presence Platform and Finalsite. They now use Blackboard’s Mass Notifications. The site they have now is not WordPress. Can I do a WordPress site and still include these functionalities? I use Divi and really am more of a designer. We have included many plugins to get the job done so are there plugins that work best for a school district? I would like to be prepared with answers for them on Friday.
