  i downloaded the app and it finds my site, but the size of the page is short.

  Hi there, can you take a screenshot and upload it to a file sharing service, or to your Media Library and post a link to it so we can see it?

  thanks for response. when i use the app on my iphone it does not display the entire page so i cant edit it. i do not have this problem when i edit on my pc.

  On what site is this? Can you please check if re-installing the app, or if restarting the iPhone, makes any difference?

  the site is http://www.gabby.com and i did what you suggested but no help. i am beginning to think that the site will just not full display because of word press but because of the iphone X or the site itself. thanks again.

  I see that site is using the open source WordPress software, so it might be that the app is having trouble communicating with your site. If restarting the device did not help, it might be a problem on your server’s end.

  If you tap the profile icon in the app, you’ll see a Help option there. Please use that to submit a support ticket to our mobile support team. That will also provide them with some additional data that will hopefully help them troubleshoot the issue with you.
