    How many domains can I enable on the free plan?

    Hi there, if you mean how many free subdomains of WordPress.com, like crackedbutterfly.wordpress.com, can you enable, then more than one, but you may encounter an error at some point as there are anti-spam measures in place. Each subdomain of WordPress.com is its own separate website.

    If you mean you want to enable a custom domain, like crazybutterfly.com, on a free WordPress.com website, then none. In order to use a custom domain on a WordPress.com website it requires a paid upgrade, so no longer a free site. Once you have a paid upgrade and a custom domain, whether newly registered or mapped from a different registrar, you can add additional custom domains More on this here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/
