WordPress has horrible customer service because they have NONE

I cannot find the right answer on any of the lovely yet useless forums on how I an edit my blog post that didn’t go under my blogs, instead went under the “Categories” section. WordPress has no support team. I would love a phone number so someone could actually HELP.
It’s not under the blog listed on this page. I went through godaddy.com, for hosting they unfortunately use wordpress, so I had no idea how to get support from wordpress except to come here.

It looks like you are looking for support for a self-hosted, WordPress install. However, you’ve reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you’ve indicated is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. You can read more about that here:
Please note that you are right that there’s only forum support for the self-hosted WordPress install. I don’t have any access to your files if you’re self-hosted, so I’m not sure how much I’d be able to help.

You should be able to edit any blog post by logging into your Dashboard of your self-hosted site and going to Posts > All Posts. If you are not logged into the correct Dashboard you won’t be able the posts you want.
