WordPress Installation problem

Hi, I would need help on the installation of my wordpress.org. To explain, I first created an wordpress.com account, thinking it was the normal process, but then, when I wanted to install a specila theme, I realized that I needed wordpress.org and not wordpress.com. Now it seems that the situation is blocked. I bought my domain name with godaddy. I paid a wordpress hosting with godaddy as well. I even paid a domain mapping with wordpress.com. And now, I tryied to install my new theme, thanks to File Zilla, and even if all files have been well transfered, I can’t find it on my wordpress site. Can you help me please, I don’t know what to do ! Thanks in advance

To complete my explanation, now I try to install wordpress.org with a ftp client but it seems that, as I already created a wordpress.com, it’s not possible to upload wordpress software on the server..

No, that’s not true. You seem to think you have somehow converted your WP.com site into a WP.org one. You haven’t. You have two separate sites. Change the nameservers on your domain to point to your Godaddy website.
