  I need a version of the iOS app compatible with iOS 6. The one we find on the iTunes App Store is only iOS7-compatible…

  I wish I could be more help. But in reality, app related issues are best served in the forums that I linked to. The app developers are active there and that is the fastest path to a solution if there is some sort of a bug.
