WordPress is saying ‘invalid email’ when trying to log into my account.

    Hello,
    I was logged out of my WordPress and it is a nightmare for me to get back in. When trying to log into my dashboard, I am trying to log in with my username and my email and it is saying both are invalid. I have also tried resetting my password, but again, I am seeing the ‘this email is not associated with any account’ pop up, which is completely wrong because it is the email I have associated with my account. Weeks of trying and still can’t get into my WordPress. Can anyone help!?
