WordPress isn't WYSIWYG for MS Word

Why can’t I paste text from Word and have it look like it does in Word? I have mixed languages, one of which is a right-to-left language. Also a table in that language. They look fine on my old blog but when I do a post in WordPress as a test for a possible move, I’m disappointed with the results.

MS Word is a word-processing program and not a HTML creation application. I’d strongly recommend using MS Live Writer, which works very well with WordPress.com. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/microsoft-word/
