WordPress, Jetpack and blue Host Scan Issues

I switch to bluehost about 10 days ago and it’s been a headache with almost every aspect of the blog.
Most recently, I ran a scan and found virus. I used the auto fix button, but it won’t fix the treats because the system doesn’t seem to be connected with my domain.

When I talk with Jetpack, they tell me to deal with Bluehost, bluehost tells me to deal with word press and the cycle continues.
Bottom line, I can’t find the relevant information to fill in these boxes and could use some recommendations on how to proceed.
