WordPress just charged my credit for 66.00 twice

    I would greatly appreciate it if you would not charge my card again. I’ve tried canceling, closing, deleting this account & it won’t let me. I am requesting a refund since I’m not using& trying to close account which you keep charging my card 66.00 My credit card company advised me to request a refund. Obviously I was not using it and Did Not request to be charged for another year. If you could please help me cancel this account, that would at least stop the occurring yearly charge.     According to our records, this charge has been disputed with your credit card company, yes?

    Due to the way “chargeback” disputes are handled, during the period of time your bank is investigating this charge we are unable to take any action or issue a refund of any kind.

    Please contact your institution and let them know that you no longer wish to contest this charge as fraudulent. Once we see the chargeback is cancelled on our end, we’re happy to issue a full refund.
