WordPress Keeps Charging me for a site I don’t have access to

  @wordpress, I need you to contact me right away as you continue charging my credit card every year and I cannot remember the url to the site, so there is no way to cancel. It is unacceptable that there is no simple method for me to contact you directly and resolve this.

  It looks like the last payment that occurred on this WordPress.com account was back in 2019. There haven’t been any more charges on this account. If you were recently charged, did you receive an email receipt of the payment to WordPress.com?

  If you received that, please reply to the email receipt and we’ll be happy to help you with it further. If you don’t have an email receipt, please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the details about the card that was charged.

  After filling out the form, you’ll see the option to send billing support a message. Please send us a message there and we’ll get back to you via email.
