WordPress lack of support still not fixing problem

  still no access to blog. Have repointed domain to ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com and this has still failed to fix the problem.

  Also my my initial question has still gone unanswered after 4 days. I have a confirmation e-mail stating that my domain mapping has benn renewed, yet my dashboard says it is not.

  I’m really growing tired of the lack of support and answers. I really don’t have the time to be waiting for this issue to be fixed and I think 4 days is an unreasonable amount of time to wait.

  It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.

  As for the renewal, we’re looking into the renewal issue now, sorry for the trouble!

  Hi there,

  It appears that you recently entered in a new credit card number, and enabled auto-renew. As a result, an authorization was made to verify your card. You were not charged.

  Your domain mapping renewal should be charged in a couple of weeks automatically. Let us know if the charges doesn’t go through before the mapping expires.
