  Hi! We have wp chat agent and our program won’t let us log in. The error message says ‘you don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server’ A quick google search stats that it is a common issue with a lot of people, but the only solution there is to delete setting in a file, which I am not comfortable doing. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling only to encounter the same issue. The website we are trying to use it on is dixonink.ca. If you can get back to me with a solution that would be great. Thank you for your time

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
