WordPress locked me out of my account after payment

  I have paid my monthly creator subscription fee, and have received a receipt as proof of payment from WordPress, but now I’m being told that the account is unpaid and I’ve now been locked out!!!

  And even worse, I’m unable to actually speak to a person in support at WordPress because human support is only for paying customers…even though I’ve paid my monthly sub fee.

  So what do I do?

  This is incredibly frustrating.
