wordpress log-in and landing pages issues

Good morning, I was in the process of trying to set up my new home page for http://www.phcoaching.co.uk as the main page domain for my site but it didn’t work so I changed it back to what it had previously been as a permalink (www.phcoaching.co.uk) and now when I try to log in to the ‘back office’ of WordPress, I only get the old-fashioned appearance am unable to regain entry to all of my WordPress settings, pages etc.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding this issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
