WordPress log in page not secure

On my WordPress log in page it has the red writing in the address bar saying the page is not secure, shouldn’t WordPress be doing something about this?
Can anyone advise on what I can do to improve its security?

You’ve reached the WordPress.com support page. All sites hosted here use https. What is the address of our site? Perhaps it is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software. If so you need to approach your host or seek further advice from: https://wordpress.org/support/
