  There were a number attempts made to have my Password change
  and also to adopt a New Registration but not by me – The Owner of
  RedCyrcle.com- Why do you allow this to happen over and over again
  without checking with me or ask me for conformation ?
  Please get a handle on this. Thank you

  We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your host uses a different version of the WordPress platform and we don’t have access to your server files.

  Specifically we have a custom login system on WordPress.com that is different from what you find on self-hosted WordPress websites (sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.) and do not have this issue, which was my other clue that you might be hosted elsewhere.
