WordPress Menu is not working at all

Hi, My name is Jahangir. I keep my site up to date. I am using the DIVI theme. I have a real estate IDX integration from realtyna.com and few commonly used plugins. Not sure at what point the WordPress menu got screwed up and how!!
Basically, the menu is not working at all. I have made a video that explains the issue. Here is the link https://www.loom.com/share/b3d75850e87e429db4051d9b17ac69caFYI: I have exhausted the following options:
– Contacted hosting support: according to them, they do not see any error log related to the menu. My other websites on the same VPS(personal) are working fine.
– Contacted DIVI: they remoted in, deactivated all the plugins and the issue was not fixed
– Contacted WPL, they tried with default 2021 theme and with all plugins deactivated. Issue not resolved
– Downgraded WordPress to 5.6.4 with all plugins deactivated…issue still persists.WordPress support is my last hope. please help.
