WordPress name servers
-
WordPress,
I need to change my domain that I recently purchased (minhkyle.com)’s name servers to
ns1.ventraip.net.au
ns2.ventraip.net.au
ns3.ventraip.net.auAll I wanted to do was to change the theme of my website in which I’ve purchased from themeforest. I have VentraIP as a host and they require that my current name servers are changed to those listed above.
Thank you!
Kind regards,
Minhky

To point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), please follow the instructions here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/#changing-domain-name-serversNote you will need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
Hope this helps – let us know if you have any more questions!

Thanks kardotim. I actually just discovered how to change them too. They work!
Also, I was wondering if you could help me with why my home page looks like this now:
Index of /
.ftpquota
cgi-bin/
wp/What can I do to fix this? It’d be great if you could help.

You’ve reached support for the free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Your site is a self-hosted installation of WordPress, available at WordPress.org. If you’re having problems with a site not hosted with WordPress.com, we may not be able to help. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
You can find support for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress here and here.
