  I’m developing a WordPress size as a weekly news magazine. I need to know the following:
  Question 1: How to place old issues into archives
  Question 2: How to make my website bilingual
  Question 3: How to customise the theme
  Question 4: How to add photo and video gallery

  Hello again, If you have your own hosting package someplace else that is using the open source WP software, then you’ll want to seek help for that software at https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

  Just to clarify, this support forum where you’ve posted assists users hosted on the WPcom platform.
