WordPress not sending confirmation email

    Hi! I use wordpress as a classroom blog. After parents enter their email address, a confirmation email is sent to their inbox. I have several parents that are not receiving this confirmation email, and it’s not in their junk or spam folder either. When they search their email, no message can be found. This is frustrating for parents and for me. Any advice?

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of the subscription confirmation email?

    Please list the email addresses involved here for me, then I can check what’s going on. List each email address on its own line and it will automatically be hidden from public view, but staff such as myself will still be able to see it.

    If any of these parents are using Gmail, ask them to please also check the Social and Updates folders in Gmail – our emails are often filtered to those filters by Gmail, bypassing the inbox in the process.
